On last night’s episode of “Impractical Jokers,” the tribute to boys who never grow up, Tru-TV states a loud and clear warning that the following program contains scenes of graphic stupidity among four lifelong friends who compete to embarrass each other. Experience the belly laughs and outrageous stunts from the four guys who fans have come to know and love, but would likely not want to be victims of their stunts. Joe Gatto, Sal Vulcano, Brian “Q” Quinn and James “Murr” Murray were all born without filters and would do just about anything to win a challenge on this episode titled “Bonus Footage.”
Because some of the things that happen during the shooting of “Impractical Jokers” are not always seen, the guys got together to discuss the most memorable moments of the show and are sharing it with fans. As Sal was working as a receptionist, he had to hold his index finger up to a pretty young woman, in a gesture stating he would be with her in “one minute” and continue to keep his finger up and move it closer to her face while he talked on the phone. The others discussed what they would do in such a situation.
When Sal was posing as a worker in a spa, he had to give a woman a pedicure, while repeating every word she said, afterwards as he spoke with a woman, he had to hush her as she spoke, then open-mouth sneeze on her foot. When he sneezed, she put her foot back in the foot bath. Ewwww!
When Sal was working in a dry cleaner shop, a woman was having pants altered, and as she tried on each pair, he had to use a different voice to say how much he liked the pants, each time, he sounded more lecherous or maybe deranged.
Murr was up next, as he was working at a gym, he spoke to a man who never did cardio a day in his life, and as a deranged trainer, had to do jumping jacks until he nearly dropped and have his trainee do the same. Afterwards as he worked at a music store, he told a pretty young woman that he just wrote a song about her in his head, and as it went on the wrong direction, she took off in another direction. In another segment, as Murr was working at a podiatrist’s office, he played with the chair trying to adjust it, he then had to straddle her feet with his back to her; she made a gesture, like she would grab his behind.
Q was up next, as he and Murr were sensitivity coaches, meeting with a group of professionals. They showed graphics of an Asian person and played appropriate music. They showed on the screen inappropriate nicknames, as Kung Fu Lou, then a black person with a huge Afro was given the inappropriate nickname of Black-aroni & Cheese, and a handicapped person in a wheel chair, inappropriately nicknamed Wheels. As Q and Murr had a hard time keeping a straight face, the people in the class seemed appalled at such training info. However, behind the scenes, Joe and Sal were hysterical. In another previously unseen clip, Q had to catch someone in a net while in a park. As his attempts were unsuccessful, he finally caught someone, who wrestled the net from him and then threw it in the fountain. He related that the guy really was nice, after he found out it was a joke, but originally thought Q was a crazy jerk … um?! For another stunt, Q had to slap himself as he spoke to a beautiful young woman, after doing it several times, she continued talking with him like nothing was happening.
Joe was up next, and they spoke of how loud Joe and his entire family was. As Joe was a member of the Beach Patrol on a crowded beach, he stood over a guy who was sleeping with one leg on each side of him. When the guy woke up, Joe asked if he was alright, and he said yes, as he continued watching Joe with the most puzzled look on his face. Luckily, Joe was not punched in his nether regions. He did it to another man, and although this was inappropriate, nobody got hostile with him for invading their space. At a White Castle, Joe was working at the drive-through window, and handed a woman’s order out the window, each piece at a time, including the condiments. As Joe was a receptionist, a man was sitting in the waiting room, and was totally unflappable, as Joe did several things, like adjusting himself, scratching his behind on the partition, sat on the guy’s lap as they talked about cell phones the entire time on this hilarious episode of “Impractical Jokers.”
