Recipe for Spicy Cheeseball
2 8oz boxes of cream cheese
10oz can of white chicken meat
1 envelope of fiesta ranch dip
½ cup of mayonnaise
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped CVS Gold Emblem Habanero BBQ almonds
Let the cream cheese come to room temperature and mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Mold into ball shape and coat the outside with Habanero BBQ almonds. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with CVS Gold Emblem Baked Wheat Snack Crackers.
Recipe for Peanut Butter and Pretzel Bonbons
½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 cup of toffee candy bits
1 ½ lbs of semisweet chocolate
4 tablespoons of vegetable shortening
3 cups of CVS Gold Emblem Peanut Butter Pretzel Nuggets (crushed)
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of chocolate sprinkles for coating
In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar on medium until light and fluffy. Beat in peanut butter. Add crushed peanut butter pretzel nuggets and toffee.
Cover and refrigerate the mix for 2-3 hours. Using a teaspoon take a heaping spoonful and roll into a ball. Place on parchment paper line baking sheet and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
Take your semisweet chocolate and melt with with vegetable shortening. Don’t let it scorch! Stir until smooth.
Quickly dip the bonbons into your melted chocolate. Work quickly so your melted chocolate doesn’t get stiff. Either rest your covered bonbon on a fork so the excess chocolate melts away or place on parchment paper. Before the chocolate completely dries roll around in the chocolate sprinkles.
