Amy Beth and (many) friends will be holding forth at a Christmas Party at Stage Left, 125 Van Buren, Woodstock.Afternoon and evening. $10.
The annual WDCB Holiday Hoot, featuring performances by about everyone who has ever tuned a guitar (too many to list, but if they perform, and live near Chicago, they’ll probably be there) , plus refreshments and raffles, and Mrs. Claus, who strangely resembles Tricia Rush. In the lower level of the Student Services Building, 425 Fawell, Glen Ellyn, on the campus ofthe College of DuPage. Noon to 6 PM, but you may come and go as you please. $15. The Chicago Folk Music Examiner photography staff will be there, snapping the performances, in between trips to the refreshment table. See you there!
